Head of Diversity & Inclusion
At On, we believe that building diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment is key to achieving our mission to ignite the human spirit through movement. As we continue to build and evolve our approach to diversity and inclusion, we are looking for a skilled D&I Leader to advance our efforts in promoting a culture of equity, belonging, and respect.
Work closely with On leaders on scaling and maintaining inclusion best practices and programs throughout On to support our team values and business goals
Develop toolkits rooted in research and best practices that equip Talent BPs, Leaders and the team members with resources aimed at increasing diverse hiring while maintaining an inclusive On culture
Collaborate with Talent team to integrate diversity and inclusion practices across all aspects of the team member lifecycle
Act as an Internal SME supporting cross functional teams on critical D&I initiatives
Lead initiatives to increase diversity within our workforce through targeted recruitment, retention, and development strategies
Drive global solutions that are appropriately consistent at the company-level yet fully integrate with local needs and regulatory requirements;
You understand unique geographic challenges and see opportunities to tailor initiatives where most effective
Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of diversity initiatives, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and aligned with our goals
Responsible for the Diversity and Inclusion section of On’s annual Impact Progress Report
Lead the global Inclusion Group strategy, ensuring consistency and location relevant programs.
