Pflege des ERP-Systems in den Bereichen Order Handling, Shipments und Pricing

Aktive Optimierung (Effizienzsteigerung) des Auftragsabwicklungsprozesses und des Versandprozesses

Ihre Qualifikation

Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Customer Service für EU idealerweis auch Rest of World

Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit ERP Systemen, vorzugsweise BC

Erfahrung im Management von Transportfirmen (Ländermix, Kosten)

Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Hoher Organisationsgrad

Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache willkommen
