The canidate will Haul materials from loading areas to designated unload areas.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Communicates with load and unload areas, hauls materials safely to designated areas and maintains safe speed and observes all plant traffic controls.
- Performs walk-around pre-trip safety inspections. Identifies any safety problems or concerns and report any unsafe conditions to Supervisor including near misses and any other areas where safety can be improved.
- Performs maintenance activities to ensure haul truck is maintained to the required standard and assist with other plant maintenance activities as required including site housekeeping or clean up activities.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience operating haulage trucks or heavy equipment.
- Valid Drivers License
- dump experience preferred.
