GUEST SERVICE AGENT
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area
- Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e)
- Good computer and MS Office skills
- Ideally Opera knowledge (Opera Cloud)
- Guest-oriented, professional work and sales talent
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Individual guest support on site in German, French and English
- Organization of transfers, ticket and restaurant reservations
- Luggage and guest car coordination
- Operating the telephone switchboard (answering and forwarding calls d/e/f)
- General work at the lodge, assistance at reception
