Your contribution to KPMG
  • Conduct and support audits of consolidated and annual financial statements under IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, both on-site at client premises and within a flexible hybrid work environment
  • Analyze and assess business processes and workflows for our national and international clients, gaining deep insights into the insurance industry
  • Develop your technical expertise by tackling complex topics, including regulatory requirements, risk management, and advanced accounting principles
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology to perform "next generation audits," enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of our audit processes
  • Collaborate closely with experienced professionals to cultivate a positive team culture and a strong customer service mindset within the audit team

This is what makes you successful
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field, or a Swiss Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services / Finance and Accounting
  • First work experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus
  • Highly organized personality with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong ability to work independently, with solid analytical skills to evaluate information and make informed judgments
  • Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems and addressing client needs
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to developing new skills and embracing innovative technologies in auditing
  • Excellent English skills and advanced German or French skills
