Global Purchasing Data Coordinator FR/ENG 100% permanent contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Drawing up purchase orders and sending them to suppliers
- Manage data, analyse and create accurate and detailed reports
- Communicate purchasing needs with all internal stakeholders
- Collect, format and ensure the relevance of group purchasing data
- Negotiate prices, lead times, quantities and incoterms in line with purchasing policy
- Solicit bids from suppliers to obtain the best proposals
- Request and collate market information to improve decision-making
- Checking order confirmations and ensuring that they run smoothly until they are received
- Ensure the implementation of global purchasing processes and day-to-day operational tasks with the Group's suppliers
Your Profile
- CFC commercial clerk, commercial maturity or HES
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Expertise in one of the following areas: supply chain, purchasing or sales
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and BO Infoview
- Proficiency in the usual IT tools
- Fluency in French and English (minimum level C1)
