About the role
We are looking for a HRIS Operations Analyst to join our Zürich Head Office in Oerlikon for 12 months. This position will be responsible for managing daily HRIS operations, including incident management, creating training materials, documenting processes, and working closely with our external implementation partner to resolve issues efficiently. Reporting to the Director Global People Technology, this role will ensure ongoing incident management, system maintenance, continuous improvement, and business/user adoption of the global systems.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by investigating, troubleshooting, resolving incidents and requests across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Marketing, Posting, Performance and Goals, Succession and Development, Learning)
- Based on the daily incident management and its analytics, help to identify and implement continuous system improvements
- Create further training material (published in WalkMe) and process documentation to support the ongoing user adoption
- Develop partnerships with cross functional and geographical teams to leverage synergies on provide best-in-class support
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (additional modules are a plus)
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus
- Practical experience in customer service and incident management in the area of is a must
- Experience in servicing a wide range of internal inquiries from a diverse group, delivering professional and timely resolution
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills and sound business judgement
- Detail-oriented mindset with high quality standards
- Work experience in an international company
- Ability to manage stakeholders and set priorities
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
