Global Business Process Manager SERV 100% (f/m/d)
Your daily contribution:
- Ensure process management, quality and sustainability is applied uniformly in the SERV division through STREAM
- Ensure that the STREAM initiatives are properly implemented and documented under the focus of STREAM principles and guidelines
- Maintain process documentation in BPMS, including training and retraining
- Collaborate with SERV Tier stakeholders (e.g. Business PM, Business Process Analyst, IT PM) according defined roles & responsibilities
- Moderation of process workshops for new or existing processes within BPMS
- Define & manage test strategy, test methodology and test coverage for every testing phase (functional, UAT, E2E, regression)
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Process Management or related field
- Experienced in BPMS software and BPMN notation
- High degree of autonomy, pragmatism and a can do attitude
- Proven experience in process management
- Ability to moderate and lead workshops with different stakeholders
- Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
