Floor Manager Outlet Bielefeld (d/f/m)
As part of your varied role, you will fully manage a department (with a focus on apparel) in our outlet. You will be responsible for sales and revenue in your department, oversee the merchandise flow, and plan staff deployment. Additionally, you will ensure an attractive layout of the department and a sales-promoting presentation of the products. Your personal and expert advice, confident demeanor, and good interpersonal skills will make shopping in your department a memorable experience for our discerning customers. Leading, motivating, and coordinating your team of employees completes your job profile.
Required experience and skills:
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship in retail or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, e.g., in a deputy department manager role or as an assistant
- A great passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
- Excellent customer orientation and a positive demeanor
- Strong communication skills and high social competence
