Fit4 E2E Workstream Leader, P2X
- Assume overall responsibility for the workstream deployments within SAP S/4HANA of Fit4 China hub.
- Coordinate with resources and delivery teams from multiple deployment projects of legal entities in China.
- Drive communication with key workstream stakeholders and manage progress reporting and escalations to the head of Fit4 China Business Hub.
- Drive decision-making on key design aspects and ensure template governance within the workstream.
- Identify, escalate/mitigate, and resolve business-related issues & risks within the workstream.
Define and install measures and processes to ensure quality of deliverables.
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business Administration, project management etc.
- 3-5 years of project management experience with a focus on (large-scale) business transformations, ideally in SAP context and with a background in business process management consulting.
- Sound understanding of common E2E business processes in case of Plan-to-Produce.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage (multiple) regional teams.
- Experience with steering external providers, system integrators or consultancies.
- Ability to manage relationships and communication with multiple resources and delivery teams.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
