Job Description

Your team and your mission

As the central point of contact for the Wüest Partner Group, the Finance department is responsible for all financial processes and instruments. In our constantly growing company, we need reinforcements to drive forward exciting operational and strategic controlling topics and to be able to serve a wide range of stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to learn from and with our experienced team.

Your area of ??responsibility

  • You prepare financial and non-financial data into management-relevant information and discuss it with those responsible
  • You create precise financial analyses for your own area of ??responsibility to support decision-making processes and identify risks and opportunities 
  • You handle controlling tasks in the closing process independently and carefully 
  • You support the optimization or expansion of processes and systems for company-wide controlling
  • You analyze the quality of financial or project data and help to continuously improve it
  • You actively drive the strategy implementation of the Wüest Partner Group and the finance department
  • You work on cross-departmental projects
Qualifications

your profile

  • You have a university degree (university/technical college) or comparable training and further education in the field of finance/controlling or business administration (professional certificate, expert in accounting and controlling)
  • You have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in controlling
  • You have a quick grasp of things, strong analytical skills and a flair for numbers and bring with you a self-starter personality including a hands-on mentality
  • You are technically proficient, including sound knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ideally Abacus experience 
  • You have strong and clear communication skills in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
