Ihre Aufgaben

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Drive & coordinate various departments over Forecast/Budget process, to ensure accurate and realistic financial projections
• Analyse variances on a monthly basis and provide actionable insights

Strategic Support:

• Partner with Heads of functions to support strategic initiatives and business performance improvements
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and long-term strategies
• Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments to evaluate potential business opportunities and investment decision

Reporting & Control:

• Manage monthly reporting tasks & analyses in close collaboration with Accounting
• Prepare Group/Management reports

Systems & Tools:

• Optimize and manage financial planning models to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
• Drive automation and process improvements within the FP&A function

Ad hoc:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of Unilabs objectives and strategies

Was Sie mitbringen

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a multinational environment
• Solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel. Experience in extracting and transforming datasets from ERP/CRM/BI platforms. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Curious, eager to learn and to engage with business-owners
• Attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Fluent in English and French. German is a plus
