For a dynamic online company we're looking for a Finance assistant.
The candidate will support the Finance department and will be mainly responsible for the following activities:
- drafting of accounting entries;
- managing general and analytical accounting;
- managing the main administrative tasks;
- supporting the drafting of the consolidated financial statements and quarterly reports;
- supporting the team in administrative and management control tasks;
- receiving and verifying invoices payable;
- checking VAT registers and periodic VAT settlements.
- accounting diploma (It: Diploma di Ragioneria) or Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics;
- at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position or in an auditing company;
- confidentiality;
- autonomy, accuracy, reliability, and excellent organizational skills;
- knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS) and good knowledge of the English language will be considered as preferential requirements.
