We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer (x|f|m) for our BioAnalytics (BioA) Technical Service Team within the Sartorius Stedim Switzerland AG. Ideally based in Zurich or Basel you will be responsible for the technical support of our bioanalytical product portfolio in Switzerland.

The team consists of six professionals and a great support network and is looking forward to shaping the future with you.

• Carry out thecommissioningofourcomplexBioAsystems (IncuCyte®, iQue®, and Octet®) at ourcustomers' sites

• Installation, qualification, maintenance, and repairoflifecellimaginginstruments and Bio Layer Interferometryinstruments in thepharmaceutical and biotechnologicalindustry

• Complete professional qualificationdocuments, testreports, and certificates

• Organizecustomervisits and take care ofordering and shipping spare parts and relevant testequipment

• Collaboratewiththe Sales department in ordertoenablenewopportunities and leads

• Collaboratewiththe Field Applicationdepartment in ordertofurther support customers

• Build positive relationshipswithcustomers

What will convinceus

• Successfullycompletedtechnicaleducation (electronics, mechatronics, engineering, orcomparableeducation)

• Twoyearsof professional experienceas a serviceengineer, ideally in thepharmaceutical, biological, orchemicalenvironmentaredesirable

• Althoughpriorexperienceisvalued, weencouragemotivatedindividualswithoutworkingexperiencetoapply. Weprioritize a strong enthusiasmforlearning and personal growth. 

• Youofferknowledge in automationtechnology and IT-relatedfields

• Excellentcommunicationskills and a strong service-orientedcustomerapproach
