Duties and responsibilities
- Primary responsible for the Global Service Centre administrative requirements around Business Permit Renewals for all IWG Philippine entities
- Primary responsible for Apostille/ Legalization of Passports and Documents
- Agile and adaptable to work on various projects
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and great interpersonal skills while dealing with a diverse employee population
- Acts as escalation point for Facilities and Admin team members and monitors operational performance in the absence of the Manager
- Contributes toward achieving set performance goals and KPIs for the Facilities, Admin and BCP team
Job Requirements
- Professional Facilities and Admin experience of at least 1-2 years, ideally in a multinational company
- Experience in processing of business permits is a requirement
- Experience is processing of Apostille/Legalization of Passports is a PLUS
- Previous experience in shared services setting is a PLUS
- Demonstrated value through clear KPIs
- Flexible and can adapt well to a fast-paced environment
- Can work collaboratively with the team
- Should possess good communication skills and conversational in English
- Resilient and able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity
- Enjoys the variety of combining tactical and strategic activities
