Expert-People & Culture (6-month contract)

This is a 6-month temporary contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Queries handling in collaboration with other HR functions
- Execution people agenda.
- Work as a strategic partner to business division to conceptualize and execute Org. level and division level people processes, initiatives to build a strong Org. culture
- Assist in the planning & execution of HR strategy in line with Organization priorities.
- Support business with HR expertise in providing solutions related to people practices such as talent management, performance & rewards, labor relations, employee engagement & HR Policies
- Assist HRBP to Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR leadership to develop solutions
- Bring in industry best practices in executing HR strategy
- Assist with administrative tasks related to People & Culture
- Conduct Exit Interviews
- Support in SWP
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR function for IT / ITES organization
- Graduate in Human Resource Management /Psychology or any other discipline
- Knowledge in Labor laws & Industry people practices
- Experience in Employee relations in added advantage
- Strong team player and eager to learn new skills and concepts
- You enjoy what you do and you like to think outside the box
- Fast learner to adapt quickly in a hybrid environment
- Passionate in adopting to changes & modern technology
Key Skills and Capabilities:
- Open-minded, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide experience in driving HR processes and HR Projects
- Conceptual clarity and operational experience of HRBP function.
- Assertive and dynamic with high energy level, strong HR concepts and good executioner skills
- Ability to communicate broadly and create impact and influence with key Org. stakeholders
