Job Summary
Maximize agents’ effectiveness and productivity by cross selling personal lines products, solving and improving agents’ productivity through effective training.
Key Responsibilities
- To work with agent at agent’s office to drive cross selling activities.
- To work with agency and training team on any training and development programs.
- Evaluate needs of agents and customers , objections handling and best practices.
- To deliver and monitore agents‘ performance result and penetration rate.
- Identify and assess current and future trend of customer buying behavior.
- Develop sales materials, training materials and presentations.
- To conduct sales training at agent’s office.
Key Requirements
- Required to travel with own transport.
