Executive / Personal Assistant - Single Family Office
For one of our clients, a Single Family Office based in Gstaad, we are looking for an:
EXECUTIVE / PERSONNAL ASSISTANT
Job description
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Principal
- Proofread and prepare financial reports, statements, and legal documents
- Maintain a highly professional relationship with financial advisors, legal team, and other service providers
- Conduct research on various topics as requested
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate appointments
- Work closely with external travel agents
- Ad hoc flexibility beyond normal working hours will be required, as needed.
Desired profile
- Over 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant for HNW/UHNW individuals or Top Executives
- Bachelor or Master degree, with a background in finance or law
- International work experience preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in English and German (Italian and/or Spanish is a plus, but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac environments
- Self-starter with a driven personality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work autonomously and proactively
- Dynamic, result-oriented personality with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Swiss driver's license
- Domiciled in Canton of Bern or willing to relocate
