Executive Assistant
Position: Executive Assistant (80-100%)
On behalf of our client, an investment boutique based in Lucerne, Swisslinx is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the leadership team.
Key Duties:
â?¢ Oversee and manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure thorough preparation and follow-up for all engagements
â?¢ Arrange and manage comprehensive travel plans
â?¢ Handle day-to-day tasks, including communications, planning, and administrative duties
â?¢ Conduct specialized research and contribute to strategic internal initiatives
Qualifications:
â?¢ Completed commercial education or similar qualifications
â?¢ Additional training as an Executive Assistant, ideally with a recognized certification such as a Swiss Federal Diploma
â?¢ 5 + years supporting C-level executives, preferably within professional services sectors (investment banking, fintech, law)
â?¢ Excellent written and spoken German, with a strong command of English
â?¢ Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
â?¢ Proactive mindset with a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and efficiency in task management
â?¢ Strong commitment to confidentiality and a well-organized work style
