Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the CFO in all relevant areas, such as calendar management, meeting organization, travel coordination, correspondence, etc.
- Organization of the Black-Out Period process
- Responsible for the Travel Expense Management
- Support the Internal Audit Function in Remediation Tracking and Administration
- Manage organization and logistics of Budget Week and Global Finance Conference
- Provide office management support to Group Finance Function
- Support CEO Assistant with preparation of Board documents
- Scheduling support for VP Finance AC and VP Finance extended HI Business
- Experience as executive or management assistant in an international environment
- Dynamic, open-minded, flexible individual, able to multi-task and shift priorities
- Good social skills, able to collaborate and network with different individuals within the organization
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Good time management
- Strong communication skills in German and English
