- Meeting with clients to analyze and define the scope and scale of ad hoc software projects
- Designing software architecture and applying design patterns
- Writing low-level and high-level code and building it using a CI/CD framework
- Writing technical documentation
- Troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Collaborating with product team to design and implement useful scalable APIs and integration capabilities of the product
- Lead a team of talented developers in designing and implementing cutting-edge Java-based solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality software products
- Drive groundbreaking innovation and champion best practices in software development
- Participate in exhilarating code reviews and provide empowering feedback to team members
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest technologies and trends in Java development
Job requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full stack engineer (Java, Spring, Typescript, Security, AWS)
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of back-end technology & front-end development including React, RESTful services, Spring MongoDB, PostgreSQL,
- Project management skills
- High level of Autonomy
- Strategical and analytical thinking
- Team player, proactive, responsible, exemplary
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to mentor and coach junior developers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
