As Enterprise
Services Expert Sales & Solution Development
, you will support
healthcare institutions throughout Switzerland in optimizing processes and
planning them cost-effectively and for the long term. In doing so, you will
benefit from our collective expertise as a technology leader. You have access
to the expertise of interdisciplinary teams from the Siemens Healthineers
Group. Working collaboratively with the customer, you will develop tailor-made
solutions for individual needs and specific challenges.

You will be
responsible for the development and successful sales of our Value Partnerships
in Enterprise Services. In doing so, you will take responsibility for a Value
Partnership, from the acquisition and the design of the content to the
preparation of the offer. Along the process you will coordinate with the
customer and internal stakeholders. You will negotiate and successfully
complete the projects with our customers and hand over the implementation to
the internal operations team.

Your role:

  • You
    will be responsible for Value Partnerships Sales at Enterprise Services,
    managing the entire sales process from consulting to the conclusion of the
    contract and the implementation of our product solutions at Enterprise Services.
  • You
    will coordinate the pre-sales activities together with our account managers and
    carry out product demonstrations.
  • You
    identify and evaluate problems and strategic priorities of our customers and
    develop solutions from the Siemens Healthineers portfolio and, where
    applicable, the portfolio of business partners.
  • You
    collaboratively develop tailor-made solutions to best meet customer needs.
    Depending on the customer's requirements, you will integrate services such as
    training, consulting, or innovation concepts.
  • You
    will be the expert in the Enterprise Services portfolio and work with internal
    and external stakeholders to develop the content and future implementation of
    Value Partnership projects. Contributing to the expansion of Enterprise
    Services.
  • The
    coordination and support of internal and external activities such as solution
    development, risk management, contractual framework conditions, preparation of
    offers and responses to tenders will also be part of your tasks.
  • You
    will work together in an interdisciplinary team supported by various business
    areas of Siemens Healthineers.

Your expertise:

  • You
    preferably have a degree in business administration, health economics, natural
    sciences, medicine or medical technology.
  • You
    have already gained many years of project and sales experience and have
    in-depth expertise in sales, service, solution development, concept development
    and negotiation experience at management level, especially for more complex
    projects.
  • You
    have several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare market
    with a focus on the solutions business and have good knowledge of the Swiss
    healthcare system and its trends as well as the structures and processes of
    medical service providers (preferably in the field of medical imaging and
    radiation oncology)
  • You
    have experience in clinical consulting and workflow optimization.
  • You
    have a strong affinity for IT and basic knowledge in the field of medical
    informatics.
  • You
    are experienced in the use of project management tools and MS Office

skills:

  • They
    are used to communicating at different hierarchical levels and with different
    stakeholders in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
  • You
    can negotiate with internal and external stakeholders in German OR French. Your
    level of English is enough to negotiate
    in entire Switzerland.
  • You
    have a structured, proactive, self-driven, result-oriented, and pragmatic way
    of working, as well as strong analytical skills and a high level of
    methodological competence.
  • You
    are motivated and have a strong customer orientation and see yourself as a team
    player.
