R&D Electronic Engineer (m/w/d)

We are searching for a R&D Electronic Engineer (m/w/d) 100 % for our customer in Baden or Bern in Switzerland.
Tasks:
- Develop and maintain hardware systems
- Design, implement, and test novel hardware solutions, comparing and benchmarking against other units to identify optimal approaches.
- Compose detailed technical descriptions for functionalities and components, ensuring comprehensive technical documentation.
- Play an active and innovative role in cross-functional initiatives
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field of study
- Expertise in the field of telecommunications, accompanied by at least 3 years of experience in digital design centered around packet-switched technologies
- Proficiency in advanced microprocessor and peripherals design
- Familiarity with TDM/SDH/PDH, analog electronics, power supply systems, voice (two-wire/four-wire) interfaces, and thermal simulation techniques is advantageous
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Effective communication abilities, coupled with adept networking and influential capabilities
