EFG Graduate Programme 2024 - Risk - Zurich

How does the EFG Graduate Programme work?
Starting in September 2024 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group:
- You will start with a 2-week onboarding in Switzerland to discover EFG Mission, Vision and Culture and start building your professional network.
- During the onboarding you will have the chance to attend specific trainings aimed at enhancing key competencies and communication skills.
- Continuous learning opportunities to ensure you develop both personally and professionally to achieve full potential.
- Buddy and Mentor to accompany you throughout the programme.
- Truly global.
You will do a 6-month rotation in Risk to specialise on your preferred topics, followed by 4 rotations of 3 months each across different business units to broaden your knowledge of the private banking industry.
