Job Title: IP Document Management and Litigation Tracker Specialist (First to File & SharePoint)
Location: Basel, Switzerland - Hybrid
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customization, configuration, and support for First to File IP document management and Outlook integration.
- Configure and maintain interfaces between IPMS Anaqua AQX and First to File.
- Support the NovaMatters Litigation Tracker, ensuring secure management of confidential litigation data within SharePoint.
- Enhance data automation tools for document mass import and data transfer.
- Collaborate with the client's litigation and IP teams to ensure systems align with legal IP processes and standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with First to File (Clarivate IP Document Management System).
- 1+ years of IPMS Anaqua AQX configuration experience.
- 10+ years of advanced SharePoint experience, with a focus on data model understanding and solution architecture.
- Strong familiarity with IP data structures and legal documentation processes, with 5+ years in a legal IP business setting.
- Fluent in English, with ability to commute to Basel, Switzerland.
