We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director HR Services to lead our HR functions across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, strategy development, policy and governance, payroll management, HR services, and local authority reporting obligations.
- Develop and implement HR Services Strategies that align with regional and global business objectives
- Lead and manage multiple HR functions across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Mentor and develop a high-performing HR Services team
- Collaborate with the Vice President Regional HR EMEA to align regional HR strategies with global standards
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR Services strategy and measure impact of initiatives
- Develop, implement, and maintain regional HR policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees
- Oversee integrity, accuracy, and security of HRIS data
- Ensure compliance with local government reporting obligations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership and strategy development
- Strong understanding of local labour laws and regulations in the EMEA region
- Experience managing payroll processes and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
