Your Mission
- Drive Global Security Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive information security strategy across On’s worldwide operations, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in safeguarding assets.
- Spearhead Information Security Practices: Oversee diverse teams to fortify systems, products, and data, implementing robust security policies across all global production environments.
- Manage Risk and Compliance: Assess and mitigate risks, ensuring On adheres to international security standards and compliance requirements, while effectively communicating security risks to stakeholders.
- Drive Security Strategy and Awareness: Elevate security as a core cultural value, shaping and advocating for comprehensive security strategies that are integrated into the business operations.
- Enhance Security Across Platforms: Ensure rigorous and consistent security practices across all systems, overseeing diverse security domains from infrastructure to threat response.
- Educate and Harden Our Infrastructure: Strengthen On’s infrastructure and networks, imparting essential security knowledge and practices throughout internal teams.
