To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Business Process Engineering department, we are looking for a dedicated Director Business Process Engineering Europe (f/m/d), 100%.

Your tasks:

• Establish a Business Process Engineering roadmap aligned with Bachem's strategic objectives and ensure its execution
• Manage and lead major projects (e.g. plan to produce accross multiple sites) to ensure business objectives are met in a timely and effective manner
• In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, lead the implementation of Business Process Management and identify, document and drive E2E process solutions that contribute to sustainable business success
• Be the "Process Champion" with respect to Bachem's Innovation initiative
• Lead and implement change through influencing and decision-making using leadership, collaboration, and customer-focused approach
• Prepare business teams for process and system changes by utilizing change management tools and developing and implementing training plans to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Your profile:

• Master's degree in scientific field
• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in planning, managing and successfully executing large cross-functional projects in the area of chemical manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability of complex business and value creation processes handling
• Successfully leveraged Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong passion for process improvement, to promote innovation, enhance efficiency, and eliminate waste
• Strong communication and influencing skills in a proactive and solutions-focused manner, including keeping management aware of potential issues
• Fluent in German & English, French is a plus
