As a preferred supplier for Roche Rotkreuz, we are looking for a motivated individual as
Digital Solution Test Engineer / Systems Engineer (100%)with an unlimited contract. The start date is asap or at the latest 01.01.2025. Home Office: max. One day per week, onsite required (laboratory environment).
- Support IT integration in solution environments, including laboratory instruments, cloud and on-premise configurations.
- Design and execute test cases for IT product validations. Mainly manual test campaigns in the lab with room for including automated validations.
- Maintain and optimize testing infrastructure, including virtual machines, edge, and cloud configurations.
- Perform root cause analysis, documentation of test results, manage issue resolution and share outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across different system component development teams.
- Operate and manage laboratory instruments for validation purposes.
- University degree or comparable in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (GitLab/GitHub with CI/CD pipelines; API development and testing (Postman); Basic SQL knowledge for database queries; Scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Working experience with cloud services and container orchestration. (Experience with Kubernetes, Flux, Docker, Terraform for IaC; AWS Practitioner level; Virtual machines and containerization)
- Interested in systems engineering (no previous experience required
- Experience and domain knowledge in the diagnostics industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. German is an advantage.
