Digital Marketing Executive (UK Market) - Maternity cover

JOB PURPOSE

You will become an integral member of a multicultural team, reporting to the Acquisition Marketing Manager and working alongside other like-minded people, to brainstorm, develop and implement testing strategies/marketing plans for our ecommerce and e-travel strong brand partners.
You should be able to communicate well at all levels and excel in a fast-paced and fun environment. We are looking for someone spirited and willing to help others when the need arises, as well as show initiative and enthusiasm for our growing Global Business.

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Responsible for B2B2C online marketing strategies and campaigns for Northern Europe.
  • Execute A/B and Multivariate tests with the view to maximise customer acquisition.
  • Brainstorm new optimisation opportunities with the team.
  • Closely monitor trends in key performance metrics including CTR, CR, ECPA and take actions to address performances’ issues.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to implement testing plan.
  • Work with Account Management team to optimize client performance and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Digital. Master degree a strong asset.
  • Fluent in French & English.
  • Relevant online / Ecommerce Marketing experience within a B2B or B2C environment (1-3 years).
  • Ability to work independently on projects as well as a being a strong team player.
  • Accuracy and a strong eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Experience of Jira, Cognos, would be an advantage.
  • Mobile and Omnichannel experience a plus.
  • Swiss or European citizen or B/C permit holder.
