Deputy Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective omnichannel marketing campaigns through various channels such as digital advertising, social media platforms, print materials, email communications, etc.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, application, marketing peers, service, regulatory affairs, supply chain, finance, and legal to define and implement omnichannel messing for successful product launches.
• Lead in organizing events including conferences, webinars, symposia, workshops, seminars, and other related activities.
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Conduct market research studies and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies relevant to Life Sciences industry.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like technical and service team to develop and promote marketing of services.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Studies, or equivalent experience. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences field is preferred.
• Masters in business administration is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of job experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, including experience as a marketing trainee.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or effectiveness.
