It is continuing to develop dynamically and innovatively, requiring a lot of different solutions and applications to support our transformation to a market-leading provider of sustainable energy solutions. In this role, you will take on responsibility along the entire process from idea to product - including requirements gathering, demand and tool evaluation, as well as the implementation and adoption of new business applications.

• Assess and plan IT demand related to Business Applications, balancing demand with available resources and aligning IT capabilities with business goals
• Lead end-to-end IT projects, develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, provide regular updates, and manage expectations
• Mentor and guide team members, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative environment
• Oversee the technical aspects of business application projects, ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Collaborate with developers, designers, and other IT professionals to design and implement applications
• Maintain quality standards, oversee testing procedures, and resolve issues

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of proven experience in IT project management, specifically in business applications
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of business application development and implementation
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and IT infrastructure
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Distinguish yourself through your commitment as well as your technical affinity
• High service orientation in combination with a confident and professional appearance towards external and internal customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German and English
