BI Delivery Manager

You will have the opportunity to:

Manage delivery

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of BI projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-deployment support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Set up and drive governance to prioritize the demand & in line with benefits & Capacity / availability to fulfill

Manage Collaboration with Stakeholders

• Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to data engineers, developers, and analysts.
• Communicate data architecture strategies, plans, and progress to stakeholders.
• Co-ordinate activities between vendors and various administrators within the IT organization

Be responsible for Data Governance and Security

• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.
• Ensure the data catalog is maintained for metadata on newly created data objects
• Ensure documentation is created for new deliverables and that the level of documentation is kept at a high standard

Be responsible for Data architecture

• Help evolve the overall data architecture, including data models, data integration frameworks, and database designs. (approx. 10% FTE)
• Ensure data architecture aligns with the organization’s business goals and objectives.

You will strive in this role if you have:

• A minimum of 5 years working as a BI developer
• Fluent in the whole Microsoft data stack (Azure SQL server, Data factory, Power BI)
• English language on upper-intermediate level
• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT
• Good analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organization & planning skills

• Good understanding of business processes
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM & common business applications
• Previous Team Leader experience
• Data architect experience benficial
