- Hands-on approach to solve business-critical problems and help make business decisions by creating insights from data via modelling and analysis
- Conceptual and explorative work
- Generate, train and evaluate Machine Learning models where applicable
- Help customer understanding initiatives including web analytics. Build and maintain data products that provide a comprehensive view of customer behaviors, preferences, and needs
- Consult on existing and new data products and contribute actively to their respective roadmap and strategy
- Help translate business requirements into data solutions
- Become familiar and gradually take over responsibilities for data product ownership and -management
- Project Work (data projects)
- Collaborate closely with team members and Insights and Analytics
- Drive data-driven solutions for Campaign Automation and communication towards our customers
- Support the strategy of CRM & Data Business teams
- Create visualizations and reports to generalize and communicate findings
Your Profile
- Strong statistical knowledge or long experience in customer analytics
- Experience in Data Science and machine-learning
- Knowledge in data driven marketing campaigns
- Experience in handling data at a bigger scale (volume)
- Be able to translate data into actionable insights and decision recommendations
- Solid knowledge of databases (relational) and data modeling
- Proficient in a general purpose (e.g. Python) or statistical programming language (e.g. R)
- Experience with Cloud Computing platforms is a plus (esp. Amazon Web Services, MS Azure)
- 3+ years working experience in analytics in the private sector or in academia
- Fluent in English language, other languages are considered as a plus
- Experience in agile environments a plus (e.g. Scrum, SAFE, DMDS)
- Experience in BI reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Qlik)
- Experience in Web Analytics tech stack (Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving business problems using data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn and share knowledge; flexible with limited travel availability.
