Analyst (Junior) vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technology sector.
Your tasks:
- Researching and analyzing emerging abuse patterns and trends
- Developing innovative methods for effective abuse detection
- Conducting complex data analysis to identify opportunities for new signals, automation, and workflow improvements
- Performing policy compliance checks on publisher accounts and sites
- Presenting a unified enforcement experience to external publishers and support internal sales teams
- Working directly with other members of your team to remediate complex abuse issues
Your experience/knowledge:
- 1+ years of experience in SQL or python scripting
- Deep understanding of online products content policies and copyright laws
- 2+ years of work experience in a trust and safety role would be advantageous
- University degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Social sciences or equivalent practical experience
- Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken
Your soft skills:
- Strong analytical and research capabilities, paired with effective decision-making skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in handling multiple cases concurrently
