We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with extensive experience in data migration and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, order to cash order management, and procure to pay payroll. The ideal candidate will lead our high-profile projects, ensuring seamless stakeholder management and the successful delivery of our programs and will focus on developing and implementing data migration strategies to ensure seamless transitions and optimal performance.

* Lead the development and implementation of data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA projects.

* Oversee the entire data migration process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and minimal disruption to business operations.

* Provide expert guidance on SAP data migration strategy, leveraging best practices and industry standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data migration activities with overall project goals.

* Conduct thorough assessments of existing data systems and develop comprehensive migration plans.

* Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration process by implementing robust validation and testing procedures.

* Develop and maintain detailed documentation of data migration processes, methodologies, and outcomes.

* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to data migration, providing timely solutions and recommendations.

* Support the finance and accounting teams by ensuring accurate and timely migration of financial data.

* Facilitate the order to cash order management process by ensuring seamless data transitions and system integrations.

* Enhance the procure to pay payroll process by optimizing data migration workflows and improving data accuracy.

* Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data migration best practices and tools.

* Monitor and report on the progress of data migration activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.

* Possess extensive experience in data migration, particularly within SAP S/4HANA environments.

* Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.

* Exhibit expertise to cash order management and procure to pay payroll domains.

* Have a proven track record of successfully leading data migration projects in complex, large-scale environments.

* Show proficiency in developing and implementing data migration strategies and methodologies
