Customer Order Pickers

IKEA Milton Keynes are looking to welcome a customer order picker to join our hard-working fulfilment team.

As an order picker, you’ll be like a treasure hunter in our warehouse swiftly navigating the aisles/shop floor picking our customer orders ensuring our customers receive their goods with a smile.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Start Date of employment will be: 14th of September 2024

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.

• 30hrs 24hrs and 18hr contracts available (includes weekend working both days)
Shifts will be between the hours of 6am till 21:00
All the above contracts will receive every 4th weekend off.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, all you will need is
the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to priorities and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and
efficiency.
• Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our
team.
• Shifts are between the hours of 6am till 21:00 with the availability to do some 6am
starts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Picking and preparing orders for customers.
• Working in a customer facing environment using pump trucks, to safely and
efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment
for both our customers and co-workers.
