THE ROLE
A Change Manager is responsible for leading and managing the implementation of organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and goals of the business. A Change Manager works with senior leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to plan, design, communicate, and execute change management strategies and activities that minimize disruption and maximize the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.
