Your role

As a CRM Assistant in our Team Eastern Europe and Germany at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are actively contributing to the Bank's purpose-driven growth with a lasting influence in the vibrant Eastern European Markets and provide high-end supporting services to our experienced Client Relationship Managers (CRM).

Your responsibilities
  • Assisting customers with queries and resolving corresponding requests
  • Handling deposits, transfers and check processing
  • Ensuring customer transactions and interactions adhere to legal & regulatory requirements as well as bank policies
  • Preparing account opening including processing them internally
  • Executing trading orders such as Stock Exchange- and FX Trades
Your profile
  • Completed apprenticeship as Banking Comercialist or Higher education (university / FH) in Business Administration
  • 3 years of practical experience in the field of Private Banking / Wealth Management
  • Industry specific knowledge is required
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience with operating systems such as Avaloq is an advantage
  • Ability to weigh problems and set priorities as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Hands on mentality, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and German; any Eastern European Language is a plus
