A Corporate Finance Manager
A Corporate Finance Manager with experience in Supply and Services / Distribution sectors who will be passionate about joining efforts in managing and expanding the company supply/ market in Europe and in the Middle East. The candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategy development, growth and operational execution.
Manage all steps during the operation life cycle including financial strategy/planning, financing/operations, settlement and execution.
As a Senior Manager you are working closely with our affiliated company in the Middle East to liaise and monitor purchase and sale transactions securing their flawless execution.
We are looking to strengthen our team with an enthusiastic team member with more than 5 years’ experience in a similar activity.
Main responsibilities to include :
- Developing /Implementing business plans and budgets.
- Accounting and financial reporting to Management and shareholders.
- Handling the finance business operations in close cooperation with abroad operation center in Middle East.
- Providing Financial Analysis and compliance processing of the underlying commercial documentations.
- Preparing and maintenance of cash flow models in Excel combined with rigorous financial analyses, data and KPIs.
Below additional experience is a plus:
- Experience in companies active in corporate/trading/distribution of equipment products.
- Curious mindset and ambition to build sector expertise in collaboration with our affiliated company.
- Ability to work rigorously and efficiently in demanding time schedules in a spirit of teamwork and a sense of customer service.
Educational background
- A bachelor’s degree / business school specializing in Finance
- 5 years’ plus experience in the corporate finance/trading industry
- Fluency in both French and English, verbally and in written
