The HR Coordinator, with a focus on recruiting, is a key role within our Human Resources Department. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this position is instrumental in managing the recruitment process, particularly for pilot recruitment, and supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth operations.

Your main tasks:
  • Plan and manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. Main responsibility will be Pilot recruitment.
  • Lead and coordinate pilot assessments for prospective candidates, ensuring that assessments are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback.
  • Supporting the administrative part of the new hire process (contracts, updating of HR systems).
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding as well as offboarding process.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Your qualifications/requirements:
  • Completed HR Assistant diploma or equivalent/higher and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
  • Experience working in the airline industry is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all levels of personnel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specially Excel), experience with Abacus is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools.
  • Excellent English and German language skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
