To strengthen our Controlling team, we are looking for a Controlling Specialist, available immediately or by arrangement.

This is a newly created position to optimally support the finance department following the merger of two companies.

Your Tasks:

• Critical Sparring Partner for the Business: You act as a critical partner, driving structured optimizations within the organization.
• Financial Controlling: You take responsibility for financial controlling, working closely with the Head of Controlling.
• Support in Reporting, Budgeting, and Monthly Closings: You actively assist the Controlling team in preparing reports, managing budget processes, and completing monthly closings.
• Business Case Involvement: You contribute to and support relevant business cases.

Your Background:

• Completed Studies in Economics or a Comparable Qualification: Your solid academic background or equivalent qualification in the economic field forms the foundation of your expertise.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP Knowledge is a Plus: You are highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint and can use your abilities effectively. SAP experience is a plus.
• Fluent English, Good German Skills: English is our company language, so fluency in English is required, both spoken and written. Additionally, good German skills are important, as some communication will take place in German.
• Solution-Oriented, Communicative Personality with a Hands-On Mentality: You are pragmatic, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and tackle challenges with determination.
