Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Private Chef to join a dynamic household, providing exquisite culinary services. The successful candidate will have a passion for gourmet cuisine, local ingredients, and proficient organizational skills. This role involves extensive travel between the world and Gstaad, with a rotation schedule of 1.5 to 2 months on/off.
Culinary Expertise:
Prepare gourmet meals using local and fresh ingredients.
Manage grocery procurement and maintain a well-organized kitchen.
Oversee dishwashing responsibilities and coordinate with other staff members.
Travel Responsibilities:
Travel between worldwide location and Gstaad according to the rotation schedule.
Ensure a seamless transition between locations, maintaining culinary excellence.
Driver and Snow Driving:
Serve as an experienced driver, including proficiency in snow driving.
Local sourcing of best product and errands running
Flexibility and Availability:
Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and weekdays.
Proven experience as a Private Chef, specializing in gourmet cuisine.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage other kitchen staff.
Valid driver’s license with experience in snow driving.
Fluent in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
