Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect in Gstaad, Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and overseeing architectural projects in this prestigious Alpine resort area.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and drawings for residential buildings.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs meet project requirements and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D models and renderings, to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the construction process, including managing contractors, reviewing progress, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure that projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions into projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
