Job Overview
We are seeking qualified individuals for multiple roles liaising between administration, event and sport activities. Workload varies between 80%-100% and 40%. Start dates are either Fall 2023 or Spring 2024. Proficiency in English, German, and French is required.
Responsibilities
Administrative assistant :
- Deputy to Head of Snowsports
- Manage correspondence and phone advice
- Oversee invoicing and daily accounts
- Monitor S & Q feedback and take action
- Assign instructors and coordinate events
- Manage correspondence and phone advice
- Oversee invoicing and cash register
- Assign guides and coordinate activities
- Assist in staff recruitment
Assistant Event coordinator:
- Manage correspondence and phone advice
- Oversee event planning and invoicing
- Monitor S & Q feedback and assign staff
