Our client, a Swiss Fintechis looking for a
Compliance Officer
Position based in Geneva
- Handle day-to-day compliance tasks: opening client accounts and performing daily compliance monitoring and investigations
- Propose, put in place and monitor controls related to compliance risks, in particular, but not limited to AML, cross-border, best execution, suitability, international sanctions, tax
- Train and raise awareness of compliance risks among employees
- Contribute to the communication and reporting to regulatory authorities (e.g., FINMA, MROS, auditors)
- Actively contribute to regulatory and AML audits, regulatory watch
- Law or economics degree with specialization in finance
- First experience in a similar function with regulated financial institutions
- Very dynamic, energetic
- Organized, autonomous and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English and French. German a strong plus
