Our client is looking for a hands-on individual to elicit requirements, and manage the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle
Key responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to elicit and communicate system requirements effectively
- Collaborate closely with development teams to implement necessary changes
- Monitor and maintain the compliance platforms
- Improve and maintain product documentation for support staff and end users
- Apply change management processes, including testing in UAT and pre-production environments
Your background:
- Hands-on experience in managing products with a focus on compliance systems
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis methodologies
- Experience with World-Check One is highly desirable
- Excellent English language skills; additional languages such as German are a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and IT
- Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering quality work
- Delivery and customer-focused, able to meet tight deadlines while adhering to system and data architecture principles
- Onsite ideally 3-4 days a week
- Valid Swiss working permit or EU Nationality
