· Develop segment of group accommodation, events, conference organization
· Contact with corporate clients and agency's representative concerning of all details of event and/or group accommodation (set up; number of participants; menu order; timing, list of guests etc.) with e-mail and phone conversations
· Prepare contract, invoice, all needed documentation based on client's order, control payments.
· Create group bookings with OPERA Cloud system
· Share order details as well as general notes with Food & Beverage Manager and his team, kitchen during weekly “BEO & Group” meeting
· Control Pay Muster closing proses
· Reporting
· Collecting feedback from the clients, building pleasant relationships to increase customer loyalty and get returning business
· At least 1 year experience working across multiple hotels
· Ability to communicate with all hotel departments and clients at the same time, manage solutions as the result of team work
