Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape
- Evaluate potential markets and partnerships to expand company reach and influence
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with high-end healthcare providers, luxury brands, and relevant entities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and affiliates to maximize collaboration and growth
- Oversee the development and execution of joint ventures, collaborations, and other strategic initiatives
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams, including corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and new market segments
- Innovate business models and service offerings to drive revenue growth and enhance market competitiveness
- Monitor financial performance and ensure business development initiatives meet established financial targets
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic initiatives
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between the Business Development team and other departments such as Marketing, Client Relations, and Continuing Care
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in luxury, healthcare, private banking, or hospitality sectors
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as French or German) is a plus
- Proven track record of securing strategic partnerships and driving growth
- Extensive network within the luxury market and high-net-worth clientele
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
