Chauffeur / Personal Assistant
Location: Geneva, Switzerland
Contract: Permanent position
Languages Required: Fluent in French and English
Key Responsibilities:
Driving:
- Ensure the safe and punctual transportation of the Ambassador and guests within Geneva and Switzerland.
- Maintain the official vehicle in top condition.
- Plan and optimize routes considering time constraints and traffic conditions.
Personal Assistance:
- Manage the Ambassador’s schedule (appointments, meetings, events).
- Organize and coordinate professional and private travel.
- Liaise with embassy departments to facilitate administrative tasks.
- Handle various errands and tasks for the Ambassador.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a chauffeur for VIPs or in a diplomatic context.
- Discretion, professionalism, and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Flexibility for irregular hours (evenings, weekends).
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record.
- Valid Swiss work permit
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Geneva and Switzerland.
